Hi, Im Felicity. I'm 84 years young. I live at home alone and the other day, I fell down the stairs and really hurt my hip. My phone was upstairs in my bedroom. Luckily, I had my Handi SOS! My Son was here in minutes to lend a hand.

Hi, I'm Fred, I'm a builder. I work on a building site and I'm not allowed to have my Phone with me. I do leave it nearby in the porter-cabin. Just as well, because the other week when everyone had left and I was doing my final inspection, I lost my balance in the mud and badly twisted my knee. I couldn't walk. It was agony. Luckily, my Handi SOS sent my alert to my work colleague who was just 10 mins away. He came back and offered me some much needed assistance.

Hi, I'm Oliver. My wife and I love to ski and take our two young children with us. They are getting to the age where they like to go on their own and as a parent that used to be a scary thought. Since getting them a Handi SOS each, I know they can contact us if they get into trouble, so we can both enjoy ourselves again.

Hi, I'm Sarah and I love my job in the City! I am a self declared workaholic but I really enjoy my profession, but it does sometimes mean I am in the office late - like at the time when most people are thinking of going to bed. I do have a 15 minute walk to the tube and there aren't many people around at that time, so I always have my Handi SOS in my hand. I've never had to use it and hope I never will, but I wouldn't leave the office without it.

Hi, I'm Charlie and I'm a mountaineer explorer. The more dangerous the better! (much to my partner's dismay). I always remind her I have my Handi SOS with me. Last weekend, the unthinkable happened - I had no choice but to cut my rucksack loose. It was either that or me. I chose the rucksack. Of course, my Handi button was in my pocket and my phone was in my rucksack. Whilst not too far away, it was impossible to retrieve. I was met at the pass by the local rangers. Phew!!

Hi, I'm Seb. I recently did the 'Land's End to John O'Groats cycle, 1,020km of roads, hills and changing weather. Not far from Strathdon, visibility was poor and I hit a hole in the road and came off the bike, breaking my collar bone and cracking 4 ribs. I was in agony and couldn't get up or even reach for my phone. I pressed Handi SOS which I had around my neck a few times, alerting my friends all the way in London. When I didn't answer their calls, they phoned 999 and an ambulance arrived at my EXACT location a short while later. I'm not sure what I would have done without it.

Hi, Im Serenity. I love Uni. The education is great and the social side even better. I get to meet lots of nice guys - and the occasional crazy. I was on what was meant to be a 'hot date' once and I set up my Handi SOS to alert my friends in the bar next door. And I needed it! When I needed to call an end to my 'hot date', I discreetly pressed the button and 30 seconds later, here they were - accidentally on purpose..

Hey, I'm Jay. I love off-roading on my dirt bike and can get a little carried away.. Recently, I attempted a jump on my own, which I do all the time. Let's just say my landing was less than ideal, and I went flying over my handlebars. When I came to, I realised my bike wasn't starting - in addition to breaking my arm - so I clicked the Handi SOS clipped to my jacket. Luckily, my friends were off-roading nearby. They came to check on me and helped fix up the bike!

Hi, Im Aliyah. Don't be fooled by my bar job. I'm earning extra money to go round the world travelling. I'm nearly there, but when Im working, I'm not allowed my phone - It's in my locker in the back room. I do get in some sticky situations sometimes (and I don't mean the sambuca on the bar top). I've stuck my Handi SOS under the bar and I feel relaxed knowing it's there. I've only had to use it once but it really helped me out.

Hi. I have read about people in my situation and never thought it would happen to me. I am currently suffering domestic violence. I have alerted the police and action is being taken but it will not be an immediate resolution. My Handi SOS will alert the police and my parents if I feel it is needed. I cant be seen to be taking action so it is a good job it works quickly and very discreetly. I'm glad I have it.

Hi, I’m Tony. I’m a sales rep and always on the road. Being the responsible citizen that I am, I don’t touch my phone while in the car. In fact, to encourage this, I leave it either in my glove box or in my briefcase in the boot. Bad news when I was involved in an awful car accident recently. My car was written off but I alerted my important contacts with a quick press of my Handi SOS even though my phone was not accessible in my crumpled up boot!

Hi, I'm Jamie. I'm 31 and recently found out I'm allergic to bee stings. I was sunning myself in Spain, then suddenly went into anaphylactic shock. It was scary as! As well as my EpiPen, I now carry a Handi SOS with me everywhere I go! I'm less worried about going abroad now.

Hi, I'm Flo. I'm a primary school teacher and love to take the whole class out to museums, parks and historical sights around London, it's great fun but a big responsibility. I convinced the school to purchase some Handi SOS gadgets which the kids share. I feel soo much better about taking them out on weird and wonderful adventures now!

Hi, I'm Edward. I often go on solo adventures in my 4x4. I keep a Handi SOS stuck to my dashboard in case anything happens. Once, I beached the car and was helpless. I phoned my friend who was willing to help, and shared my location with him by pressing Handi SOS. He turned up, helped out and joined me on the rest of the trip!

Hi, I'm Jim and I'm always with my ol' pal Joe. We're always looking out for each other and take our Handi SOS gadgets everywhere with us, so I know Joe will give me a hand if I get in a jiffy and vice versa (though, sometimes Joe uses it to show me what pub he's in) I still go to check he's ok 😉

Hi, I'm Ali. Didn't I feel a right plum when I realised that I left a bag on the train containing my wallet and phone - AS THE DOORS WERE CLOSING. I had a valuable few seconds to press my Handi SOS button and alert my wife as the train departed! No phone, so I couldn't call anyone. No wallet, so I couldn't get cab or go to a pay phone (who remembers anyone's mobile number nowadays anyway). But the wife came to the station to pick me up just 5 minutes later. Luckily my case was handed in and I got it back a few hours later.

Hi, I'm Aanisah. How annoyed was I! I had just said goodbye to my friends in the city centre and was calling my parents to let them know I would be home soon, and someone snatched my phone right out my hand and vanished in the crowds. I thought quickly to press my Handi SOS and it worked before my phone was out of range. I had set up my two best friends as my alert contacts and they came straight to my aid. I used their phones to call my parents and let them know I was phoneless.

Hi, I'm Phil. Me and my buddies love going on micro-adventures, wild camping and hikes. Once, I had gone for a walk after setting up camp and completely lost my bearings. It was pitch black by the time I realised and I found myself in a forest. My battery was dying and I had minimal signal, so I pressed Handi SOS and alerted my friends back at the campsite. My battery went so I stayed where I was, hoping they'd come. My friends found me and showed me that I'd strayed 4km from the campsite! Silly mistake, but all's well that ends well.

Hi, I'm Jr. I'm a big lad, but when I'm working security, I like to be able to tell my colleagues where I am if I need a hand. Once I was in the far end of a large warehouse when I came across an intruder. I pressed Handi and tackled the guy to the ground, my hands were tied so I couldn't use my radio but in seconds I was surrounded by my team.

Hi, Im Sarah. I have epilepsy, and whilst I have it under control (mostly) I do worry sometimes as it can be quite unpredictable. My children are 4 and 7 and are not mobile phone savvy yet. I have taught them that in an emergency if something happens to Mummy while we are alone together, to get my Handi SOS button and press it to alert my Husband and Neighbours.

Hi. Meet Sparkie, our beloved dog. We love to walk him around the park and we also love running to keep fit. Our hobbies often takes us into the park and round the streets late in the day and often when it's dark . We can't always run and dog walk together and we certainly feel much happier knowing our Handi SOS is to hand if ever we feel uncomfortable.
